Any good waterproof makeup ?

A realy need a good and cheep waterproof mascara that actually is waterproof because before i have bought a mascara and it has said its waterproof and its not ?? Any ideas on witch is the best but also not pricey also if can get waterproof foundation too :)and if they have a price range many thanks
