Sending a package to my husband in Afghan?

I want to send my hsband a package that contains entertainment such as his small flatscreen, his ps3, his video games..etc, I want to bubble wrap it all at home since its a lot of stuff but i want to know if i bubble wrap it at home, will the post office open the packag and un wrap everything? cause if thats the case then id just wrap it up at the post office instead. Please answer if you know anything or have sent a package to a soldier before.
