Where to find a blue merle sheltie?

I had a blue merle sheltie and loved him. I don't want a show dog I just want a dog for a pet. Is there any place that a can get a blue merle sheltie for kinda cheep, because I don't want a 800 dog for a pet when I can go to the humane society and get another breed of dog for extremely less.
