What does it mean: you have been disconnected from chat beacuse you have signed into yahoo messanger from anoc?

i try to start an emil and then I get that message- does it mean that I can not send the email? and I do not have another computer or device- so Im confused by the message. is it possible that a computer in another room being loged into by another accoutn could send that alert to me? thats kind of crazy
