I agree with you, 101%. We seriously need to reform our police forces and have strict psych test, etc. to make sure that such barbarians are not involved in our law enforcment agencies. Also, we need to have stricter regulations and investigations to make sure that police officers do not get away with murder, as they probably will in this case and did in the Matasareanu case.
