Help? please..!????????????????

ok so last night i was on aim i have 2 and so one of them the computer got into it or something cuz later my friend sent me the same thing my account sent me and so now it wont let me on i changed the password and it says you logged in to many times please wait 5 mins well ive waited like 14 hours and it still says that ive tried on all of my computer they all say that how can i fix it and im not going to delete it and make a new one cuz that'smy main emil to thanks
