HI every one Zenith Bank nigeria(Victoria Island Logos) is offering US$500,000 to me as a scammed victim.?

The manager of Zenith Bank (Mr Jim Ovia) send me an email in which they are offering me US$500,000 as a scammed victim They also send me a copy of bank draft of US$500,000 through emil .They are saying that you shall receive your check when you pay fees of US$860 then this check will save in their bank draft and courier service will use to send check they will also charge US$300. Please tell me should I pay the fees that they are demanding.
