When the soldier the bad guy (Emil Blonsky) in the climax asks Mr. Blue (Samuel Sterns) to change him into the monster, and Mr. Blue infuses the hulks blood into the villain’s body, then after the infusion is done you will observe the villain changes into the monster (HULK like) and the scientist who performed the experiment falls down and his fore head SORTS OF EXPANDS AND HE GIVES AN EVIL WICKED SMILE and I think two of them Jump of the window (Does that mean the experiment had an adverse effect on MR. Blue the scientist) and secondly the main villain jumps of out the window and ransacks the streets.
