Is Israel to blame for the Arab palestinian refugee problem?

Palestinians must be the most advanced civilization in the world, perhaps the universe! Why? Because they were able to time travel months into the future to foresee their Arab neighbours attacking. Zionists starting clearing out what would become the future Israeli state BEFORE any Arab armies invaded. You make it sound like Palestinians were supposed to accept a non-binding resolution that they had absolutely no input into. If they were supposed to accept it then is not Israel supposed to accept UN194 calling for Israel to acknowledge the Palestinians "Right of Return"? If Israel was so for UN 181, why did they assassinate the UN mediator who basically recommended the same thing? And why did they immediately go on to occupy land not earmarked for them? Was Germany to blame for the Jewish refugees? Absolutely! Was Israel to blame for the Palestinian refugees? Absolutely!
