What do i need to do to cut my cats or make some cheep extra hp on my z28?

First off. All you ford guys. FUUCCCCKKKK YOOUUU. I want to remove my cats. On my 99 z28. do i leave the o2 sensors? Is it a good idea to remove them? Any advice?
