Whats a place in Italy that's is not expensive to live in?

Anywhere in the north of italy can be expensive to live in, plus it can get really cold in the winter. In the south, it is cheaper and the produce like fruits and vegetables are very cheap and fresh especially when you buy from the local market. Beachfront property in the Southern Italian Riviera are very affordable still, and you can get great bargains for less than €100,000.. I mean apartments right on the beach. These are some of the sites I found that provide beach houses in Italy http://www.propertiescalabria.com and http://www.questestates.com. In the south (which incidentally is where I live and bought my house), one can live for as cheaply as 500 euros a month. If you go out and drink and party then thats another thing, but just paying for all your household bills and food shopping, thats what weve been doing.
