Will the j. tune entertainment auditions for 2012 be by email?

see, i wanna try out (thought i'm not asian, only 1/4th japanese) but my family isn't very encouraging with the idea, so i wanna know if it will be by e-mail. Also, if you do pass the audition, do you immediately become a trainee or not? Do you have to pay for living expenses like rent and food and other stuff like that? it will be a big help. Thanx!
