My mom ****** up my hair, an i need help asap?

my mom tryed 2 bleach my blonde from the red i hair was. she had 2 stirp the color first. so she used this cheep product called colorzap all that did was light a few spots. the used the hair dye to color it. and the roots came out white blonde and the rest is a nasty orange with red spots and dirty blonde spots. what are my options. i need this fixed now
